1. Theory Session (Online eLearning)

  • Introduction to scuba diving & SDI standards

  • Physics & physiology of diving

  • Dive equipment assembly & maintenance

  • Underwater communication & hand signals

  • Dive planning, safety procedures, and emergency protocols

  • Marine environment awareness

(Students must complete eLearning before confined water sessions.)

2. Confined Water (Pool) Training

(1 Day | Skill Development in a Controlled Environment)

  • Gear setup & buoyancy control

  • Mask clearing & regulator recovery

  • Underwater swimming techniques

  • Emergency skills (controlled ascent, alternate air source use)

  • Neutral buoyancy practice

  • Simulated "mini dives" for real-world preparation
