2. Confined Water (Pool) Training

Gear setup & buoyancy control
Mask clearing & regulator recovery
Underwater swimming techniques
Emergency skills (controlled ascent, alternate air source use)
Neutral buoyancy practice
Simulated "mini dives" for real-world preparation
